Site Management
The Construction Manager is the representative of Business Kinetics on the site. He is responsible for the overall management of the field activities including all construction activities, field engineering, administration, interfaces with the Client, field organization and supervision of the Contractors’ activities and safety. He must take great care of maintaining proper control of his assigned project in order to see to it that all phases of the work are carried out in the best interest of the project.
