Community Guidelines

Business Kinetics aims to host a vibrant and growing community of smart, enthusiastic people.Our prime objective is to foster meaningful and genuine conversations in the Business Kinetics Community that are helpful, informative, and productive.

We've crafted these guidelines to ensure that everyone within the Business Kinetics community utilize their valuable time in an authentic and safe place. The Community Guidelines describe the behaviors that are and are not allowed in Business Kinetics website i.e. http://bkinetik.com.

Be trustworthy. Our users must be real people, who provide their real name and accurate information about themselves. We don’t allow fake profiles on our platform and it’s not okay to provide misleading or deceptive information about yourself, your qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements.

Be professional. We acknowledge the value of discussions around professional activities and ask our members to behave professionally by not being dishonest or inappropriate. When creating content, we ask that you keep it professional, relevant, and on-topic. Do not share false information or use the services to shock or intimidate others. And it is not okay to share graphic, obscene, or pornographic content on the services.

Respect others' rights and follow the law. Before sharing or using someone else's copyrighted works, trademarks, private information, or trade secrets, make sure you have the legal right to do so. The services should not be used for illegal activities, promoting illegal products, or violating the rights of others. Don't use the services to commit fraud or to try to trick others. Also, don't use the services to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, or other software that can destroy or interrupt others' data or computer devices.

Respect Business Kinetics's rights. Don't violate the rights of Business Kinetics. For more information about what this means, see our User Agreement. It’s not okay to suggest that you’re affiliated with or endorsed by Business Kinetics when you’re not. Don’t violate our intellectual property rights, scrape the services, or interfere with or disrupt the services

Share only photos and videos that you’ve taken or have the right to share. As always, you own the content you post on Business Kinetics website. Remember to post authentic content, and don’t post anything you’ve copied or collected from the Internet that you don’t have the right to post.

Foster meaningful and genuine interactions. not artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares, posting repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent. Don’t offer money or giveaways of money in exchange for likes, followers, comments or other engagement. Don’t post content that engages in, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or admits to the offering, solicitation or trade of fake and misleading user reviews or ratings. we do require Business kinetics users to provide us with accurate and up to date information. Don't impersonate others and don't create accounts for the purpose of violating our guidelines or misleading others.

• Terrorism. We don't tolerate content that promotes, encourages, or incites acts of terrorism. That includes content which supports or celebrates terrorist organizations, their leaders, or associated violent activities.

• Hate Speech. Business Kinetics isn’t a place for hateful content or the people and groups that promote hateful activities. Don't encourage violence or hatred. Don't post content for the purpose of promoting or inciting the hatred of, or dehumanizing, individuals or groups based on race, ethnic or national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability or disease. If you encounter content that violates our hate speech policies, please report it.

• Harm to Minors. Don't post or solicit content that features the abuse of a minor, that includes suggestive or sexual content involving a minor or anyone that appears to be a minor, or that facilitates or promotes child sexual abuse. "Content" may include photos of real individuals, illustrations, animation, or text. Posting or reblogging child sexual abuse material is a serious crime for which we have no tolerance.

• Promotion or Glorification of Self-Harm. Don't post content that actively promotes or glorifies self-harm. This includes content that urges or encourages others to: cut or injure themselves; embrace anorexia, bulimia, or other eating disorders; or commit suicide rather than, e.g., seeking counseling or treatment, or joining together in supportive conversation with those suffering or recovering from depression or other conditions.

• Adult Content. Business Kinetics isn’t a place for pornography. Don't upload images, videos, or GIFs that show real-life human genitals or female-presenting nipples —this includes content that is so photorealistic that it could be mistaken for featuring real-life humans (nice try, though). Certain types of artistic, educational, newsworthy, or political content featuring nudity are fine. Don’t upload any content, including images, videos, GIFs, or illustrations, that depicts sex acts.

• Violent Content and Threats, Gore and Mutilation. Don't post content which includes violent threats toward individuals or groups - this includes threats of theft, property damage, or financial harm. Don't post violent content or gore just to be shocking. Don't showcase the mutilation or torture of human beings, animals (including bestiality), or their remains. Don't post content that encourages or incites violence, or glorifies acts of violence or the perpetrators.

• Deceptive or Fraudulent Links. Don't post deceptive or fraudulent links in your posts. This includes giving links misleading descriptions, putting the wrong “source” field in a post, setting misleading click-through links on images, or embedding links to interstitial or pop-up ads.

• Misattribution or Non-Attribution. Make sure you always give proper attribution and include full links back to original sources.

• Username/URL Abuse or Squatting. Business Kinetics's usernames/URLs are meant for the use and enjoyment of all of our users. Don't squat, hoard, amass, accumulate, accrue, stockpile, rack up, buy, trade, sell, launder, invest in, ingest, get drunk on, cyber with, grope, or jealously guard Business Kinetics usernames/URLs.

• Account Dormancy. Use Business Kinetics! Use Business Kinetics all the time! Or at the very least, use Business Kinetics once a year. If you don’t, we may mark your account as dormant.

• Spam. Don't spam people. Don't make spammy posts, don't post spammy replies, don't send people spammy messages. Be a regular human. Don't put tags on your posts that will mislead or deceive searchers.

Don't link to websites that are unsafe, deceptive, untrustworthy, unoriginal, or that facilitate or encourage spam. Websites should have original content that adds unique value for Business Kinetics.

Don't send unsolicited messages or make irrelevant comments in bulk, especially when these are deceptive or commercial in nature.

Don't create or operate accounts that aren't authentic, create accounts en masse, or create new accounts for the purpose of violating these guidelines.

• Mass Registration or Automation. Don't register accounts or post content automatically, systematically, or programmatically.

• Copyright or Trademark Infringement. Respect the copyrights and trademarks of others. If you aren't allowed to use someone else's copyrighted or trademarked work (either by license or by legal exceptions and limitations such as fair use), don't post it.

Don’t do anything or post any content that violates laws or regulations.

Don’t use Business Kinetics name, logo or trademark in a way that confuses people

• Harassment. Don't engage in targeted abuse, bullying, or harassment. Don't engage in the unwanted sexualization or sexual harassment of others. If someone is sending you unwanted messages, or reblogging your posts in an abusive way, we encourage you to be proactive. Report them, and block the hell out of them. And if someone blocks you, don't attempt to circumvent the block feature or otherwise try to communicate with them.

• Privacy Violations. Don't use Business Kinetics to deceptively obtain personal information. Don't post content that violates anyone's privacy, especially personally identifying or confidential information like credit card numbers, social security numbers, or unlisted contact information. Absolutely do not post non-consensual pornography—that is, private photos or videos taken or posted without the subject's consent.

• Unlawful Uses or Content. Don't use Business Kinetics to conduct illegal behavior, like fraud or phishing. That should be pretty obvious to you, a decent human being. Don't use Business Kinetics for any kind of exchange of regulated drugs, substances, devices, goods, or weapons. Don't use Business Kinetics to buy them, sell them, trade them, or to share instructions for manufacturing them. This includes firearms, firearm parts, 3D-printed firearms or parts, explosives, ammunition, or anything else designed to hurt others.

• Human Trafficking and Prostitution. Don't use Business Kinetics to facilitate sex trafficking, other forms of human trafficking, or illegal prostitution.

• Fraud and Deception: Do not post Content that engages in, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or admits to the following activities:

     • Offering, solicitation and trade of.
     • Goods/property purchased with stolen financial information
     • Future exam papers or answer sheets where answers are not meant to be widely shared
     • Educational and professional certificates
     • Credentials for paid subscription services
     • Fake user reviews
     • Fake or manipulated documents, e.g. coupons, medical prescriptions
     • Fake or counterfeit currency
     • Offering or selling of personally identifiable information
     • Coordination or facilitation of betting manipulation, e.g. match fixing
     • Recruitment of workforce for the purpose of fraudulent activities.
     • Other forms of deception aimed at depriving people of money or property such as:
     • Confidence schemes, e.g. romance/military impersonation scams
     • Ponzi schemes or Pyramid schemes
     • Setting up false businesses or entities
     • Investment schemes with promise of high rates of return
     • Bribery
     • Embezzlement
     • Money laundering (concealment of the origins of criminally obtained money)
     • Charity scams or fake fundraising campaigns
     • Debt Relief or Credit Repair Scam

• Site security and access: To protect the Business Kinetics platform, we ask that you please:
     • Don’t access, use or tamper with our systems or our technical providers’ systems.
     • Don’t break or circumvent our security measures or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
     • Don’t use any undocumented or unsupported method to access, search, scrape, download or change any part of Business Kinetics.
     • Don’t try to reverse engineer our software.
     • Don’t try to interfere with people on Business Kinetics or our hosts or networks, like sending a virus, overloading, spamming or mail-bombing.
     • Don’t collect or store personally identifiable information from Business Kinetics or people on Business Kinetics without permission.
     • Don’t share your password, let anyone access your account or do anything that might put your account at risk.
     • Don’t attempt to buy or sell access to your account, boards, or usernames, or otherwise transfer account features for compensation.

Dangerous goods and activities: Business Kinetics isn’t a place for private trading or selling of certain regulated goods—products or substances that can cause harm when used, altered or manufactured irresponsibly. We limit the distribution of or remove such content and accounts, including:
     • Private people offering to sell, purchase or trade alcohol, tobacco, drugs and weapons, including firearms and accessories
     • Content from or about unauthorized internet pharmacies
     • Offers, attempts, or instructions to bypass purchasing laws and regulation
     • Instructions for creating lethal or toxic substances
     • Instructions for creating lethal weapons, like bombs or grenades, including 3d printed weapons

Message and Comments: Do not post messages or comments that:
     • Incite hatred on the basis of race, religion, gender, nationality or sexuality or any other personal characteristic
     • Are off-topic or unrelated
     • Are disrespectful, malicious or offensive
     • Could constitute a personal attack on a person’s character
     • Impersonate or falsely claim to represent a person or organization
     • Are party political
     • Include swearing or obscenity
     • Are illegal – including libel or breaking copyright
     • Could be considered spam
     • Advertise commercial activity or make requests for donations or money.

Fraudulent or misleading uses or content, including following activities are not permitted:
     • misrepresenting your experience, skills, or information, including by representing another person’s profile, or parts of another person’s profile, as your own;
     • using a profile photo that misrepresents your identity or represents you as someone else;
     • impersonating any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Business Kinetics representative, forum leader, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
     • falsely attributing statements to any Business Kinetics representative, forum leader, guide or host;
     • Falsely stating or implying a relationship with Business Kinetics or with another company with whom you do not have a relationship;
     • allowing another person to use your account, which is misleading to other Users;
     • publication, distribution of “fake news”, “hoax news” or similar false content purposefully intended to mislead readers for financial or other gain;
     • Political activities / Election Campaigning/ survey or question

Conduct and Actions: Conduct or actions that could jeopardize the integrity of or circumvent the Site, Site Services or Business Kinetics proprietary information are not permitted, including:
     • attempting to or actually reverse engineering, modifying, adapting, translating, preparing derivative works from, decompiling, interfering with the operation of, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from any part of the Site or Site Services unless expressly permitted by applicable law or Business Kinetics; or
     • accessing or using the Site or Site Services to build a similar service or application, identify or solicit Business Kinetics Users, or publish any performance or any benchmark test or analysis relating to the Site.

Vote Trading
     • Vote trading is not allowed on Business kinetics website . Vote trading consists of exchanging votes or using votes as a prize for mutual gain. Votes can be given when a reader supports your work and are intended as a way to show appreciation

If we conclude that you are violating these guidelines you may receive a notice via email. If you don't explain or correct your behavior, we may take action against your account. Repeat violations of our Community Guidelines may result in permanent block or account suspension. We do our best to ensure fair outcomes, but in all cases we reserve the right to suspend accounts, or remove content, without notice, for any reason, but particularly to protect our services, infrastructure, users, and community. We reserve the right to enforce, or not enforce, these guidelines in our sole discretion, and these guidelines don't create a duty or contractual obligation for us to act in any particular manner.

You can remove your own content whenever you want, of course. If you need help doing that, you can contact us directly.

You can report violations of these guidelines to us directly. We also give people control over their own experience by allowing them to block, unfollow or hide posts, disable comment on post .

We also reserve the right to amend these guidelines using the procedures set forth in our Terms of Service.

You must follow the spirit and letter of our rules, agreements, and policies. You may not violate any additional terms concerning the specific services that are provided when you sign up for or start using such services.
